Learn About the Award Winning Emerge Dance Team

The Emerge Dance Team is for dancers who want to enter a more competitive dance atmosphere. These students will be challenged in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hip, lyrical, modern, musical theater, and more. The Emerge Dance Teams have been awarded numerous regional and national awards, including outstanding choreography, costume, entertainment, and overall awards.

At Emerge we have three different teams that vary in level of time and financial commitment. We know that some dancers want to solely focus on dancing while others would like to participate in multiple activities. Because of this, we have created programs that will meet the desires of every dancer.

Mighty Mini Team
This team is an introduction to the world of Competitive Dance. Dancers ages 4-6 will get to see what competition dance is all about and help them determine their path forward.

Regional Team
This is for dancers that are looking to compete, but at a lesser time, travel and financial level. These dancers will only compete at 4 regional competitions and participate in our studio performances.

National Team
The National Team is geared towards the most dedicated dancers. These dancers love everything about dance and are willing to give it their all. Our National team competes at 4 regional competitions and 1 national competition each season.

No matter which path your dancers chooses, our dance teams are designed to push them to be the best they can be. Dance team members have gone on to perform with college teams, touring groups, Broadway, movies, cruise ships and of course dance teachers.
