Event types (Rec, Team, etc.) are managed in Admin — add or edit types there.

You can view the calendar, but only a calendar manager or admin can add, edit, or delete events. Check with your studio director if you need that access.

This is a live calendar feed URL — any app that can "subscribe to a calendar" (Band, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar) can use it. It updates automatically whenever events change; nothing to re-export.

Only events whose type has "Show in calendar feed" checked in Admin are included here — set independently from the public website toggle, so an event type can be on the website, in this feed, both, or neither.

Treat this link as private. Unlike the feed above, this one includes every event on the calendar regardless of its type's settings — including internal/staff-only events. Anyone with this exact URL can see all of it, so only share it with whoever specifically needs the full internal calendar in their own calendar app.
